The dress is navy blue, but I couldn’t find a pic online of it in that color. This dress is gorgeous and in excellent condition, only worn once. It was taken in a small amount in the bust area. I’m a 32D and it fits well. The length was also hemmed about an inch.  The length was good for me at 5’4”, worn with cowboy boots. The upper has a lace layer and the lower is chiffon. Can be worn with or without straps.
